This is a Coaching companion to support the 4 and 8 week guides which allow you to:
- Identify and leverage strengths, celebrate successes and Trouble shoot and remove obstacles,
- Virtual check ins with Coach every 2 weeks providing guidance, support and accountability,
-Email access to Coach Tracy
- $100 per month
- 3 month minimum commitment
- Cancellation Policy - If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No call no show clients are responsible for fee for that appointment. Any missed appointments clients are responsible for fee if not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Payments are prepaid prior to sessions.
