THERE'S A STORY BEHIND EVERY PERSON

Hi, I’m Tracy! I’m a “Hybrid” Coach, a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach!  
 
I’ve been through every phase of fitness you can imagine. Fitness competition prep, clean eating/restrictive eating, yo-yo eating habits, under eating/over eating, excessive cardio etc. I’ve experimented so many different forms of movement to find what I love and allowed me to work around injuries: Soccer, Yoga, Gymnastics, BMX bike racing, Weight lifting, Boxing, BJJ and Speed Skating to name a few!
  
Ultimately, I was trying to find a healthy effective method of movement and nutrition that worked for me, my lifestyle and goals…. as we all are. – Looking back I now see how the changes I made to fueling my body CHANGED my body.
I’ve been lifting consistently for 8 years,  I Box and practice BJJ. 

Lifting, Boxing and BJJ works for me. The way that I train now allows me to holistically take care of my Mind, Body and Spirit.

Having the awareness to know how to properly fuel and move my body is a feeling of empowerment and strength that I can’t emphasize enough! I love knowing that I have control over my body, and by that I mean my overall health too. Over all health includes how you navigate your thoughts feelings and emotions. Mastering that, combined with the knowledge of how to manage my physical health is how I show up as the best version of who I am.  

As a Trainer and Coach being able to share my passion and knowledge and experience with others is more than rewarding. I get to work within my passion and help people live a life they imagine!
